All in all good value. Very central location, clean big room and good WiFi. Would highly recommend and definitely book again. Thank you!!! This room is quite good, with nice view. The location is great with everything within walking distance. The price is quite OK and the service too. The house has a good position, there is a lack of utilities and basic tools, hope that the reviews will be less for Mr Dung when doing the service.
When there were no towels, he immediately went to buy some. The hosts were thoughtful, kind, and wonderful people. The space is also amazing — very spacious and aesthetically gorgeous. Amazing atmosphere, very friendly host and the whole family. He speaks english very well and he will tell you everything you need to know. Throw in a few bucks and try their amazing Vietnamese usual everyday dinner with some local beers. Must try very good local bbq nearby amazing taste and very reasonable prices.

City center is nice very close just rent a scooter or you can get on a bike and go with the Host himself. Very clean fresh air and peaceful in the area with very few people compared to saigon. Rooms air-conditioned with attached restrooms. Police and security way better than Saigon! Perfect for a stay for a few nights. The host is very very friendly and helpful. He speaks of course Vietnamese and English too. He lead me arround and showed me the New City's center.
The facility is clean. The homestay location is good, not far from the city center. And lastly, 9. I can't expect more than that. Nice place to live. Close to local markets, very near the city center, peaceful and quiet location, super helpful and friendly host. Definitely I'll be back. I enjoyed my stay in Dai's place.

The neighborhood was peaceful and Dai was a wonderful and great host. He is very helpful when i comes to direction and even currency exchange.
