Here you will find lots of bars, cafes and restaurants and some buildings and monuments of interest. The surroundings are good for a pleasant walk.
Area is packed with restaurants and pubs where you can serve a cold beer and and eat something. I did not know enough about Romanian food before going, that was my mistake, so I had a bit of hard time.
This street was the answer - it has multiple restaurants from all types of food and origin. As it closed off and cobblestoned, the ambience is great. Often there is a street musician and you can eat inside or out on the terrasses some of which are heated for almost year round outside eating.
