Finish with a reviving rosemary scalp massage, followed with a warm brew of herbal tea. Eastern traditions have used volcanic stones for therapeutic treatments for hundreds of years. The naturally occurring mineral and infrared light they contain are imparted during the massage. As with all our massages, a unique aromatherapy oil blend will be created for you during your appointment. All your senses will be charmed with the combination of the hot stones and the tantalizing scents of our aromatherapy oils.
This is a full body massage using stones of various sizes. Hot stones are also placed on the hands, feet and body for therapeutic heat release during the treatment. Despite being deeply relaxed during the massage, the unique properties of hot stone treatment mean that you will come away feeling energized and refreshed. The hot stone massage is particularly beneficial for arthritis, rheumatism, chronic pain, muscle tension, insomnia and stress relief.
The 90 minutes treatment is more intensive and finishes with a cooling facial stone ritual. The stones are carefully cleaned and sanitised between clients.
