Casa Mosaica, beautiful place close to the beach, is exactly as advertised. You get private space, cooking equipment and kitchen, hot water, a comfortable bed, and the fabulous porch for breakfast outside.
Geovany was very helpful for us with getting to places, arranging a tour of Isla De la Plata for a good price, and was in general very friendly. You are just off the main beach road, but literally only 2 minutes to the ocean, or about 15 min walk along the beach to the pier and the fish market.
If you are looking for a great deal close to the beach, this is your place. Very nice apartment close to the beach and everything you need. The host was very nice and helping. The space is located a block from the beach, the hosts are super accommodating, and all of the neighbors are friendly.
Would definitely stay here again. Thank you guys! We booked the 'whole' apartment and found out the price is per person. When told about the increased rate we offered to cancel, one host said it was fine and we could stay with no additional cost and then the other host requested money from us Geovanny was friendly at the start but then didn't hear much from him when we didn't book a tour with him.
The apartment itself is actually a studio, it is nice and clean but has no sound insulation. Our hosts were very friendly and always responded very quickly to all our questions regarding bus schedules and local tips. Also, we arrived at 6 in the morning in Puerto Lopez and they already prepared the room for us this early so we could rest after our long trip. The location is perfect: close to the beach, the bus terminal and the center with all tour operators. Our only remark would be that the room was not very clean.
